Excellent service, great knowledge

I recently bought an Audi S4 from Phil Walker, I had done extensive searching, trawling through Audi approved cars and could not find the right spec car for the money I wanted to spend. However Phil had the car I wanted to the exact spec I was after, and I am confident that the main dealer could not compete with his knowledge and price. When I arrived to view the car there was no pressure and it felt more like talking to a friend than a sales man. I would always view Phil’s stock list when searching for another car as they are flawless and he is very trust worthy.

A car salesman worth consideration

I had been searching for low mileage, single owner Bentley Continental GT for some time having visited many Main Dealers some of whom mis-represented their available cars on display. Viewing the internet I located and visited Phil Walker Car Sales subsequently agreeing a hassle free deal. We also agreed a 3 month unconditional warranty which has since expired, albeit for a minor fault, less than £100, which unexpectedly was satisfied without any issue, the car has performed perfectly, and in consequence I have no hesitation in recommending Phil Walker Car Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle, and from my personal experience he acted with professionalism, honesty and integrity seldom seen in the car trade.

Excellent – well worth a visit

Buying a car from Phil is as risky an investment as buying premium bonds. My last purchase from him was in 2007 and the car had done 180K before I sold it. All his cars are as good as you can get anywhere. There is absolutely no pressure to buy.He wants you to be truly sure that the car is the right one for you. Enjoy!

Absolute perfectionist

A complete pleasure purchasing a car from Phil Walker and his charming wife Pat. He is, as he says in his sales videos, an absolute perfectionist. I hope he won’t mind me saying, to the point of obsession. Even the air vents were all synced and pointed front and centre. The car was presented in such a condition that I found it almost rude to make him a reduced offer and took the deal that was first presented. I could find no fault whatsoever and his description was spot on. I changed my mind regarding collection and decided to pick up the car a few days early as I was golfing that weekend, (Phil is a very keen golfer by the way), and he and hIs wife even changed plans on dining with grand children just to accommodate me. Pat deals with all of the admin and sorted my private plate transfer without any fuss. In conclusion, I ended up spending over my budget so beware, if you view any of Phil’s cars, you could end up spending more than you bargained for but you will NOT be disappointed!

An excellent service and a lovely car as described

We have just purchased a Freelancer 2 from Mr Walker, the service we received from them was excellent. They went above and beyond to help us and we really did appreciate this service as it is a rare thing these days.The car was everything that was described. We are so happy with it. Lexus cars

I have known Phil and his wife Pat for four years. They are an extremely nice couple. They are very helpful and there is never any pressure to buy. I have bought three Lexus cars from Phil. They were all of a high spec. They had all been valeted to a high level and were all immaculate. I check his web site regularly and am amazed at the standard of cars that he sells. Game changer. Highly recommended.

I recently spent several weeks trying to find the car I wanted with the right spec and at the price I could afford. I ended up scouring the country, phoning several Toyota main dealers around the UK, including London where I had spotted some potential cars. They all promised to call back- but did not. It was time wasting and very frustrating. Then I came across Phil Walker on Auto Trader. It was a game changer. He had a car for sale that had just gone onto his website which was all that I wanted and more! I immediately contacted Phil, put a holding deposit on the vehicle, and travelled some 300 miles to see him. My family said I was mad! On arrival I found Phil and his wife to be very pleasant and friendly, and the car was just what I wanted. The next time I need a car, there’s only one place I’ll be going! First class service from start to finish and highly recommended.

Hassle free purchasing

Recently purchased a Toyota Amazon from Phil Walker cars ,travelled two hours from Midlands to view car. Found the car to be exactly as described and represented in fact probably better a rare thing indeed in the motor industry. Found the whole process of dealing with Phil and Pat a pleasure, would not hesitate in recommending or dealing again with this company and after being in business myself over 35 years I understand something about integrity.
